Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) contains L-theanine and caffeine which help increase dopamine production and the production of alpha waves in the brain, thus improving brain function, vigilance, reaction time, memory and mood.Due to the interaction of the caffeine and L-theanine, it releases energy in a more stable way than other caffeinated substances, which can help balance mood.
Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), also known as Eleuthero, is an adaptogen, which increases your body’s ability to deal with symptoms of stress. Siberian ginseng increases energy, and boosts physical and mental performance. Siberian ginseng may slow blood clotting and interact with some medications.
